When you buy goods of improper quality, you have the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. In this case, the goods of improper quality will be replaced by a quality product or your money will be refunded.
If the reason for the return of goods is improper quality, we will, at our expense, replace the goods with the quality ones or return the amount paid for the goods. Replacement of defective goods, or refund of the money is governed by the Rules on Return and Replacement of Goods, the Regulations Nr 2017, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, dated April 29, 2001
Replacement of quality goods is possible only in the manner provided by the Regulations for the e-commerces Nr 258, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, dated August 17, 2001
In this case, the returning of the goods will be at your cost.
When you return goods, you should follow these terms and conditions:
Returned product must be in its original packaging and presentation:
- Goods and packaging must not be damaged by the buyer;
- Goods must be marketable (undamaged labels, undamaged packing, etc.) (this paragraph does not apply in case of return of defective goods);
- The returned goods must be in full packaging and completeness;
- All documents confirming purchase must be enclosed.
